Only an Administrator can make changes to this section. You’ll receive an email if any changes made to your telephone number.
This lists your primary phone Model, Device and its unique MAC address.

Your Portal password and Service* passcode (if available) are shown here. Both of which you can change by clicking on the relevant link and following the on-screen prompts.
*The service passcode is used to access some features and will be stated against the feature and its relevant Assist me guide.
Administrators accessing this page may be presented with an additional Cease user button at the bottom of the page, allowing for removal of the User.
Please also note that if a User is an administrator only, so has no telephone service, then only these options will appear on this page and some with less information than shown above.
