JolaPhone Oct 2023 – Admin and End User access


The process for providing access to the portal has changed, for security reasons, we no longer provide end user credentials to the portal.

Admin Access


You will receive an email with your administrator credentials and a set password link. Once set you can access the portal via the following URL – (JolaPhone Oct 2023)

Please note the admin credentials email is not white label therefore, please ensure the admin details within the site survey are in line with this. (See Below)

End User Access

End user access is now provided via a reset password link which can be sent via the portal, see steps below;

To send a reset email to the user, select the users tab

Next select the user from the list

From the left menu, select Profile

Please Note, the Reset Password email, will be sent to the email displayed within the User details of the profile page.

At the bottom of the Profile page, select Reset Password against the Portal Password field.

The email will come from provisioning@yourwhc.co.uk and the template is white label (See below)image

Your Users portal access credentials will be the following


Username - Found under profile page - Portal/App Username
Domain - Same as admin email
Password - Obtained via Reset Link
