An overview of your Company Dashboard

If you are a Company Administrator then this will be your log-in landing page once you’ve completed the initial Portal Tutorial.  Alternatively, if you’re a Service Provider Administrator, you can visit a specific Company's Dashboard page by clicking its settings icon for various places in the portal.  

It lets you manage the Service for the Company and any of its Sites, Groups and Users. While you can do this elsewhere on the Business Portal, the Dashboard gives you quick, easy access to certain areas and allows you to view information at a glance.

From here you can also use the Sidebar Menu, Horizontal Menu and Global Menu.

Sites, Admins and Users

This panel displays a top-line view of how many Sites you have, what technology type it is using, along with the number of Admins and Users belonging to each one.

You can look up individual Sites, Admins and Users by typing their names into the search bar. You can also select ‘All Sites' to view a complete list of each.


Call Routing Groups (Enhanced)

This panel lets you easily manage any enhanced Call Groups you’ve set up across your Company and displays how many of each you have set up. 

Click the ‘View groups’ box to see Call Groups by Site. You can also click the Site name to go straight to the management page for that group. Or you can use the search bar to find a Call Group by name.

To add a new Call Group, click the ‘Add Call Group’ button. Then select a Site, followed by the type of Group you want to create. This is a shortcut – you can also do this via the Features page on the Sidebar Menu and choose the relevant Group.



Directories

This panel lists any Company Directories and the Sites they relate to. Clicking on a Directory will take you to its management page.

To add a new Directory, click the ‘Add Directory’ button. Select a Site and click the ‘Create Directory’ button. This is a shortcut – you can also do this via the Features page on the Sidebar Menu and choosing Company Contacts. 



Additional information

Hitting the arrow in the top-right corner of each panel expands or collapses it, which makes it easier for you to only view the information you need at that time.

Down the side of this Dashboard, you can see the Sidebar Menu. The page names are pretty self-explanatory, but here’s a quick overview of what you can access:

Dashboard – your homepage containing top-line information and quick links to other areas of the site.
Features – view and manage the Features for the Company, plus quickly access Site and User Features.
Devices – view, set up and manage Devices across the Company
Calls – view made/received Calls and run reports.



Horizontal Menu

Located at the top of your Dashboard*, this navigation bar gives you easy access to:
Company – takes you to your Dashboard.
Site/s –view all your Sites with key info and a quick link to each one’s Dashboard.
Users – view all your Users with key info and a quick link to each User’s Dashboard.



You can view this menu wherever you are on the Business Portal, which gives you access to:
Global Search – easily find a Site, User, Device or Number and link to it or them with a simple, quick click.
Profile – link to your Dashboard and Profile page (if you have your own Service and are not just an Administrator) and log out of the Business Portal*.
Help – revisit the portal Tutorial

* If you logged in using Single Sign-On, then no log out button will appear, simply close the browser and it will log you out.
