If you’re working remotely, it allows you to manage certain Feature settings from any Device using a dedicated phone number.
Click on the Voice Portal settings icon on the Features page.
Then simply toggle the Feature ‘on’ or ‘off’.
To access the Voice Portal via your registered IP Phone, dial the dedicated extension number or full telephone number provided by your Administrator. If ‘auto-login’ hasn’t been enabled by your Administrator, you’ll need to enter your Service passcode, you can find this in Profile from the sidebar menu.
You can also access Voice Portal from any other Device by dialling the number and entering the service passcode.
Once you’ve passed security, you’ll be presented with some available options, depending on what features are in your pack.
You can access this the same way as described in the section above.
Setting the Voice Portal Feature on an Application won’t update the Business Portal or any other Devices you may use.
If the administrator has not set-up a Voice portal then you will not be able to use this feature until this has been set.
