JolaPhone - site survey

In order to build the JolaPhone platform to the customers' needs, we require a site survey to be completed.

Please download the Site Survey at the bottom of this article. There is also an accompanying help guide to assist the completion.

There are a number of mandatory pieces of information and some optional features.

Please note - we cannot process your order without the site survey being completed - please refer to help guide for more information.

Once complete - please email your site survey to provisioning@jola.co.uk and include your order reference (starts with a J) in the subject line.
