The EV8100 is part of Jola’s PSTN replacement toolkit that is designed for lift line PSTN replacement enabling customers to achieve EN 81-28 compliance.
However, it is not exclusively for use in lift lines, there are multiple use-cases for this router, primarily because of the inbuilt battery backup. This makes it a useful option wherever anyone might need resilient 4G connectivity.
