Wholesale Portal Access requests

In order to build the Wholesale Portal to the customers’ need, we require a CRF to be completed.

Please download the CRF at the bottom of this article and complete it with all the details relevant.

If you are unsure of what information is required, there are notes added to the cells which should help.

Please note - we cannot build your Wholesale Portal without the CRF being completed

Once complete - please email your CRF to provisioning@jola.co.uk and include your order reference (starts with a J) in the subject line.
