What is BillNow?
BillNow is an online portal that allows you to view your telephony services and related reports.
You can generate online reports such as:
- Service charge report
- Top 10 spend by telephone number
- Calls analysis
- Data usage by billing ID
How do I request a log on for BillNow?
Email
billing@jola.co.uk with the header ‘BillNow Access Request’. Include your company name and a chosen contact email address to receive your account activation. You will then receive an email response from one of the team with your username and a separate email from BillNow with an activation link to set your password. The activation link expires an hour after it is sent, so please ensure you activate your account as soon as possible.
