Voicemail management - JolaPhone

How this Feature will help you

It allows you to enable or disable Voicemail for the Site and additionally disable the voicemail to email function on a per-user basis.

How to set up and use this feature

Click on the Voicemail Management settings icon on the Features page.

Site voicemail

Tick/untick the box to turn the Feature ‘on’ or ‘off’ at a global level:

• On = Voicemail is on for all Users where they have voicemail in their pack – this is the default setting. 
• Off = Voicemail is off for all Users where they have voicemail in their pack

Disable mailbox-to-email

If required you can disable the function that sends voicemails to your users by email, this can be done per user.  Click on the Manage users button. 

Additional information

Disabling voicemail to email is a useful function if you need to adhere to certain privacy rules. i.e. if you are doctors surgery and do not want patient voicemails available to other people on email.
