See all of your Users in one place, view key information and quickly jump to a User’s Dashboard to change settings.
Note, if you are accessing this from a mobile device then you will see fewer columns, the view below is an example of how it looks. Simply click on the down arrow and it will show you more information.
Use the arrow buttons to move back and forth between pages if you have a lot of Users.
While each page defaults to showing ten Users at a time, you can view more or less using the Items per page drop-down menu.
Find a particular User by looking them up with the search bar. You can also use the filter tool to refine search results, such as only showing Users from a particular Site.
If you are a Service Provider Administrator or a Company or Site Administrator with ordering rights (Config & Reg was selected during the Service Provider order journey), then you can use this column to remove Users. Clicking one or more checkboxes and pressing the Cease button that appears with carry out a removal. Note, this is limited to 20 users at a time.
This colour-coded symbol lets you know if anything is wrong with a User at a glance. Here’s what all the options mean:
Lists the name provided to the User during set-up and if you click on this it will take you straight to the Users Dashboard and also reveal additional via the Sidebar Menu.
Lists whether someone is a User (someone with service) or simply an Administrator. Some Users may have ‘restricted’ next to the role, meaning they have been set up without portal access.
Lists the telephone number and extension number provided to the User during set-up.
Lists the Site a User has been built against and if you click on this it will take you straight to the Site Dashboard and also reveal additional controls via the Sidebar Menu. Note, this will be blank if the User only has an administration role without service/device.
Lists the primary Device the User was set up with. Either a physical device or a softphone and if you click on this it will take you straight to their Device page.
If you click the down arrow at the end of each row, you can see more information on the User including what type of licence they have, what add-ons they’re using and how many they have.
Likewise if accessing from a mobile device then you will need to use this to see the rest of the information that could not display on the smaller screen.
Pressing the settings icon (cog) will take you directly to a User’s Dashboard and reveal their Sidebar Menu, where you can view or make changes to their set-up.
