It makes it easier and quicker for you to call the numbers you dial often. Once set up, you simply press two digits (from 00 to 99) on your Device/Application to call a company or person.
Click on the Speed Dial 100 settings icon on the Features page.
Click ‘Add numbers’.
Select two digits (Code) from 00 to 99 and type in the telephone number you’d like to assign to that Code. You can also include a ‘Description’, such as a company or person’s name.
You can add up to 100 numbers in total. Simply hit ‘Save’ once you’re done.
After adding your numbers, you’ll be redirected to the main page from where you can manage them.
To make a call to a speed dial contact, simply lift the handset and once you hear the dial tone, press the digit for the contact you want to dial (between 00-99), followed by #.

To help you remember who your Speed Dial 100 digits are assigned to, you can write them down, check on the Business Portal or add a speed dial to your Device’s home screen if supported.
Note, when you have a speed code that conflicts with a Feature Access Code, the speed code will take priority.
If using Feature access codes via a device to program speed dials, then unless your Administrator has changed the codes, dial *75. After dialling the Access Code, enter a digit from 2 to 9. Then enter the phone number you want to assign to it, followed by #.
