Let’s you see all of your Sites in one place, view key information and quickly jump to a Site’s Dashboard to change settings.
You can choose how many Sites are shown per page, and use the arrow keys to scroll back and forth through them.
The search bar should help you find a particular Site quicker. You can also use the filter tool to refine search results, such as only show those in a set location.
This color-coded symbol lets you know if anything is wrong with a Site at a glance. Here’s what they mean:
This is the name given to the Site when the order was created. It’s worth knowing that clicking the name takes you to the Site’s Dashboard.
This will list what technology type the Site is using which will be one of 3 options; Centrex, SIPT or Mixed.
Shows how many Add-ons a Site has. If you click on the number, it details what they are, such as Call Analytics or Call Recording. There’s also a link to that Site’s Features.
These numbers show how many active Licensed Users a Site has and the maximum amount it’s allowed. This can be changed by your Service Provider. Clicking here takes you to a list of Users for that Site.
If you have two Sites with the same extension number, an Administrator can create a Location Code to distinguish them. This Location Code then needs to be dialled before the extension to reach the Site.
For instance, if a User in London and a User in Manchester share the extension number 079, London would be given the Location Code 1. To call the User in London, you dial 1079.
If you click the down arrow at the end of each row, you can see more information on the Site including the date it was created and its Extension Dialling Policy.
The cog at the end of the row takes you to the Site’s Dashboard and Sidebar Menu, where you can manage its settings.
Sites can only be created by a Service Provider and once this has been done the name of the Site cannot be changed.
