If you are a Site Administrator then this will be your log-in landing page* once you’ve completed the initial Portal Tutorial. Alternatively, if you’re a Service Provider or Company Administrator, you can visit a specific Site’s Dashboard page by clicking its settings icon for varipus places in the portal.
It lets you manage settings for individual Sites and their Users. While you can do this elsewhere on the Business Portal, the Dashboard gives you quick, easy access to certain areas and allows you to view information at a glance.
From here you can also use the Sidebar Menu, Horizontal Menu and Global Menu.
* If you manage more than one Site, then your initial landing page will be the Sites Lists page. To visit the Dashboard page for a specific Site, simply click its individual settings icon.
The two boxes at the top of the page below the Site’s details are called Hero Cards.
The left Card displays the Site’s presentation number, if one is set-up. Clicking the settings icon takes you to the Feature page where you can turn it on or off or change the number.
The right box lets you manage the Site’s Calling Rules and shows you whether or not international calls are allowed. Clicking the settings icon takes you to the Calling Rules page.
This panel displays a top-line view of how many User Licences and Devices are on a Site. This information is also broken down by type of User Licence and Device, if there’s more than one.
You can look up individual Users and Devices by typing their names into the search bar. You can also select ‘All Licenced Users’ or ‘All Devices’ to view a complete list of each.
This panel lets you easily manage any enhanced Call Groups you’ve set up across your Site and displays how many of each you have set up. Clicking the arrow icon will take you to the settings page to manage them. Or you can use the search bar to locate a Call Group by its name.
To add a new Call Group, click the ‘Add Call Group’ button, then select the type of Group you want to create. This is a shortcut – you can also do this via the Features page on the Sidebar Menu and choosing the relevant Group.
This panel lists any Company Directories you have for this Site. Clicking on a Directory will take you to its management page.
To add a new Directory, click the ‘Add Directory’ button. This is a shortcut – you can also do this via the Features page on the Sidebar Menu and choosing Company Contacts.
This panel will only be displayed if the Site has Additional Services as part of its package, which for now just covers of the Call Recording feature. From here you can jump straight to the Call Recording Portal, where you can listen to recordings, as well as manage advance settings.
Hitting the arrow in the top-right corner of each panel expands or collapses it, which makes it easier for you to only view the information you need at that time.
Down the side of this Dashboard, you can see the Sidebar Menu. The page names are pretty self-explanatory, but here’s a quick overview of what you can access:
Located at the top of your Dashboard*, this navigation bar gives you easy access to:
* Note, this is the view a Site Administrator will see. If you’re a higher-level Administrator, you’ll see additional options here linked to your Profile.
You can view this menu wherever you are on the Business Portal, which gives you access to:
* If you logged in using Single Sign-On, then no log out button will appear, simply close the browser and it will log you out.
