SIP Overlay Interoperability of Technicolor Routers

The following guide explains how to enable Jola SIP Overlay on Technicolor routers.

Please note that Jola may provide technical support, however, we are not responsible for the compatibility of routers that are not supplied by us directly. Jola is solely responsible for providing support for the SIP Overlay service and is not responsible for any issues that arise from the use of third-party routers.

Please note that this guide assumes you already have an internet connection and any firewall rules have been completed.

  1. Please login to your Technicolor router via the IP Address assigned to the router. The default IP Address will be 'http://192.168.1.1’. The IP Address can be located on the rear of the router.

  1. In the top right corner, you will see the option to sign in. Click on the ‘Sign in’ button.
