To reduce the chance of missing an important call, Simultaneous Ring will call up to ten other Devices at the same time, whenever your primary office Device or number is called. For example, it could call your business or personal mobile. You can simply turn the Feature off when at your desk.
Click on the Simultaneous Ring settings icon on the Features page.
Click ‘Add number’.
Type in the number of the Device you’d also like to ring when your primary Device is called.
If you want unanswered calls to be redirected to your primary Device’s Voicemail, rather than this Device’s one, tick the ‘Answer confirmation required’ box.
You can add up to ten numbers in total. Simply hit ‘Save’ once you’re done.
After adding your numbers, you’ll be redirected to the main page where you can manage your Simultaneous Ring numbers.
You can also tick/untick the box to allow/disallow your other Devices to ring if you’re already on a call on your primary office Device.
Simultaneous ring will still ring your main device, but in addition will ring other devices that you set.
You can manage the Simultaneous Ring Feature via some of our Applications. Please check the relevant Application to see if you can.
Simultaneous ring will ring all devices at once which may be distracting if all devices are close by. Alternatively, there is a similar feature called Sequential ring that works almost the same, but rather than ringing all at once, it rings one at a time before moving to the next.
