It makes it easier to manage your incoming calls by letting you create rules that block selected calls based on phone numbers, times, and days of the week. When a caller from a blocked number makes a call, they will hear an audio announcement stating that calls are not being accepted by the receiving party.
Click on the Selective Call rejection settings icon on the Features page.
First click ‘Add rule’.
Type in a name for your rule.
There’s a default ‘Time Schedule’ of ‘All day, every day’. To create more Time Schedules, click ‘Add Time Schedule’. You can find out more about this by reading the ‘Schedules’ Feature article.
Once you’ve added and selected your Schedules, click ‘Continue’.
You can apply the rule to ‘All phone numbers’ or ‘Selected phone numbers’. If ‘Selected phone numbers’, type the number into the field and click ‘Add another number +’ – up to a maximum of 12.
Select to include calls from ‘Private’ and ‘Unknown’ numbers if you want to block these. Ticking one or both these boxes will result in the calls being forwarded.
Once you’ve finished creating your new rule, simply hit ‘Save’.
After creating your rule, you’ll be redirected to the main page where all your Selective Call Rejection rules will be listed. From here you can toggle a rule ‘on’ or ‘off’, delete it, edit it, and add new rules.

Though similar in name, this feature works differently to Selective call acceptance in that you can use it to block certain calls, whereas the acceptance feature allows you to choose what calls to accept, both can achieve a similar outcome.
Unless your Administrator has changed the codes, dialling *51* will allow you to check with this feature is enabled or disabled.
