Adding Devices - RMS Platform

To add a device into RMS you will simply need to go into Management > Devices.

Select Actions > Add Device


You will then be greeted with the following page which will ask you which device you are wanting to import, you will require the following pre-requisites;

Device Name
Serial Number
MAC Address
Device Password



Then hit submit the device will be added into your platform as long as the device is online it should register within a few hours.

You can also import in bulk from selecting from file, there is a downloadable template from this page
