Clicking on the Customers Tab will give you further information about your customers
From here you can see the total SIMs allocated to a customer, how many unactivated SIMs they have, whether they have any Bolt Ons applied, and if they have an Associated Pool or APN.
You can also create new customers from this page.
By pressing the Edit button you can make changes to the Customer.
You can change the customer name and email as well as Associating a Pool or APN to the customer.
You can also suspend the customers access to Mobile Manager or Hide them from your customers list.
Make sure to save any changes and press back to list to go back to the customers Tab.
By pressing the details button on the customer and then selecting the SIMs tab you can find a breakdown of the SIMs that customer has.
From this tab you can see all the SIMs assigned to the customer.
You can see the state of the SIM, its ICCID, its MPN/IMSI, any tags that you have applied to the SIM, its data allowance, its current data usage in MB and %, its location and its Tariff.
Pressing the details button will give you more information about each individual SIM. Selecting the dropdown arrow next to the details button will give you a list of actions you can perform on the SIM.
Finally from the SIMs Tab you can assign SIMs to a customer, activate SIMs and order a New SIM or Device.
