Choose whether to allow your Users to see any Company or Group Contacts on their devices.
Click on the Phone Services settings icon on the Features page.
You’ll see the status of your Group and Company Contacts. To make any updates, click the ‘Manage’ button.
Tick the ‘Group Contacts’ box to send them to all Site Users with compatible devices.
Tick the ‘Company Contacts’ box, then select a directory from the drop-down menu to send it to all Site Users. If no Company directories have been set up, it will say: ‘There are no available directories’.
Hit the ‘Save’ button to complete the action.
This feature allows you to choose what directories your Users can see, but in order to actually enable their device to view this, you will need to turn on Phone Services at a User level, available from a User’s sidebar menu.
