Mobile Manager SIM Activation Lead Times
Jola SIM activation times vary based on the mobile operator. Most SIMs will activate within the “Typical Activation Time” shown below, however, in some cases, activation may take up to the maximum lead time specified.
If your SIM activation exceeds the lead time provided, please reach out to the Jola support team for assistance. Note that we cannot contact the operator to expedite activation unless the maximum lead time has been exceeded.
