To save you time, Last Number Redial allows you to call the person you last spoke to at the touch of a single button.
Please note, this Feature is only available on certain IP Phones and Applications, it isn’t customisable through the Business Portal.
To use this Feature, no set up is required. Simply press the ‘Redial’ button on your IP Phone.
Depending on the type of phone you have, this might be a hard or soft key. A hard key is a labelled physical button, the label will be next to it on the Device or on a digital display. A soft key will be a labelled touch-screen button.
Each Device is different, so it’s worth checking your IP Phone’s User Guide for further information.
Feature access codes can be used to control the feature on a phone, please refer to the Additional information section in this article.
You can use the Last Number Redial Feature on all Applications that support calling – this will be a soft touch-screen button. Please check the relevant Application User Guide for further information.
