Data APN Settings

Please see below the APN settings for the various different JolaMobile SIM cards:

For all SIMs the Authentication Type must be set to PAP and Roaming needs to be Enabled, some customers have also seen the need to manually force their device to connect to 4G.

Update January 2022:

NB - Previous advice on this page was to not enter anything into the username and password fields for the SIMs/tariffs with this symbol  below.

We have updated this advice as there are some devices that will use the Mobile Operator default APN if a username and password has not been added, even if the Jola APN has been entered.

If you have previously configured a device successfully without entering a username or password this will continue to work without the need to update the APN settings.


O2

O2 - MBB and Voice & Data tariffs

APN: mobile.o2.co.uk

Vodafone

Vodafone - MBB and Voice & Data tariffs (please check additional Vodafone options below).

Vodafone LPWAN SIMs (NB-IoT & LTE-M)

Three

NB - There are multiple APNs to choose from – please carefully select the correct option from list below.

Three M2M - dynamic IP tariffs (*). This APN assigns a UK IP 
* -  This APN is not available to the Jola, Three, ‘tiered’ tariffs (i.e. those that have T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T7, T8 or T9 in the tariff names) but is available to all other Three dynamic IP tariffs.

Three M2M  - dynamic IP tariffs. This APN assigns an Irish IP 
This APN is available for all Jola Three tariffs (in most cases people will choose to use the UK IP APN above)
