Data APN Settings

Please see below the APN settings for the various different JolaMobile SIM cards:


For all SIMs the Authentication Type must be set to  PAP and Roaming needs to be  Enabled, some customers have also seen the need to manually force their device to connect to 4G.

Update January 2022:

NB - Previous advice on this page was to not enter anything into the username and password fields for the SIMs/tariffs with this symbol  ▲   below.

We have updated this advice as there are some devices that will use the Mobile Operator default APN if a username and password has not been added, even if the Jola APN has been entered. If you have previously configured a device successfully without entering a username or password this will continue to work without the need to update the APN settings.


O2

O2 - MBB and Voice & Data tariffs

Three UK

Jola offer options for both 'Three' and 'Three UK'. Each require different SIM cards and require different APN details.  Please make sure you use the correct APN details for each of these Operators

NB - There are multiple 'Three' APNs to choose from this APN is only for the Three UK product.
