For all SIMs the Authentication Type must be set to PAP and Roaming needs to be Enabled, some customers have also seen the need to manually force their device to connect to 4G.
NB - Previous advice on this page was to not
enter anything into the username and password fields for the SIMs/tariffs with this symbol ▲ below.
We have updated this advice as there are
some devices that will use the Mobile Operator default APN if a username and password
has not been added, even if the Jola APN has been entered.
If you have previously configured a device
successfully without entering a username or password this will continue to work
without the need to update the APN settings.
