It lets you view an on-net incoming caller’s ID information from inside your Site, so you can greet them by name or get an advanced warning of how to best manage their call.
As an Administrator, you can manage this Feature, but Users can’t.
Click on the Internal Calling Line ID Delivery settings icon on the Features page.
Then simply toggle the Feature ‘on’ or ‘off’.
Internal Calling Line ID Delivery is only available for on-net calls and all Users inside your Site.
If another User has the connected line ID restriction feature turned on, which stops their Incoming Caller ID information being displayed, you won’t see their details even if you have Internal Calling Line ID Delivery enabled.
