To Cease a SIM first browse to the customer's tab on Mobile Manager and select the details button of the customer you wish to cease a SIM under.
Hit the SIMs Tab and this will bring you to all the SIMs that are associated with this customer.
Browse which SIM you wish to cease, this can be done by using the search box and entering in either the MPN (Mobile Phone Number) or the SIMS ICCID.
Once you have found the SIM click the green drop down menu and select cease SIM.
Select the order reason for the SIM Cease and confirm the order.
PLEASE NOTE: SIM Ceases are not immediate and are a 30 day rolling process for the SIM to be cancelled.
