How to Cancel a Cease Request

How To Cancel a Cease Request on a SIM.



It is possible to cancel a Cease Request via the Mobile Manager portal with the following instructions


Once Logged into your Mobile Manager portal, search for the SIM via the ICCID or MPN


This will then bring up the SIM info, click the details button which will take you to the SIMs dashboard.


Within the SIMs Dashboard select the orders tab of the SIM, this will show you all of the orders that have been placed against this SIM, including the cease request.


In the Orders Tab, select Details next to the Cease order





Once within the Order Details page, select the Cancel Cease button
