If you are a Reseller wanting to cease JolaMobile services, you will need to log into Mobile Manager portal, select the SIM and click the drop-down arrow (where you would go to activate, tariff change or add a bolt on) and select ‘cease SIM’.
For direct customers of JolaMobile, please email email@example.com with your company name and the CLI number(s) you wish to cease.
For all other services (JolaNet, JolaPhone, JolaCalls) please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your company name, CLI details, service and installation postcode.
