How do I cease a service? v2

We require the standard 30 days’ notice to cease all services. Please note that leased lines require 90 days’ notice. 

To request a cease, please see below: 

If you are a Reseller wanting to cease JolaMobile services, you will need to log into Mobile Manager portal, select the SIM and click the drop-down arrow (where you would go to activate, tariff change or add a bolt on) and select ‘cease SIM’. 

For direct customers of JolaMobile, please email with your company name and the CLI number(s) you wish to cease.

For all other services (JolaNet, JolaPhone, JolaCalls) please email and include your company name, CLI details, service and installation postcode.
