How do I cease a service? v2



We require the standard 30 days’ notice to cease all services. Please note that leased lines require 90 days’ notice. 


To request a cease, please see below: 


If you are a Reseller wanting to cease JolaMobile services, you will need to log into Mobile Manager portal, select the SIM and click the drop-down arrow (where you would go to activate, tariff change or add a bolt on) and select ‘cease SIM’. 


For direct customers of JolaMobile, please email cease@jola.co.uk with your company name and the CLI number(s) you wish to cease.


For all other services (JolaNet, JolaPhone, JolaCalls) please email cease@jola.co.uk and include your company name, CLI details, service and installation postcode.
