So your customers and suppliers can easily recognise your calls, it can present a single outward-facing number to them, regardless of which User (or selected Group of Users) in your Site calls them.
Click on the Group Calling Line ID settings icon on the Features page.
If you want to present a number already in use on the platform, then click ‘Add number’.
Select the relevant number from the drop-down menu, then hit ‘Save’.
You can change this number at a later date should you need to.
if you want to use a number not on the platform, then please refer to the ‘Calling Groups’ section below, and you won’t need to provide a number in this section.

You also have the option to show a Site display name for outgoing calls as part of the caller ID.
To do this, first tick the box.
Type in the name, then hit ‘Save’.

If you are looking to create a group of users from a Site that present out a different number, either a number on the Site or a free text one that you can enter, then this feature allows that.
Click the ‘Add calling group’ button to assign certain Users to a configurable number.
Type in a name for your group.
Select one of the following:

Choose the Users you’d like to add to this group from the drop-down menu. If you have lots of Users, you can search for them by name. Please note, while you can create multiple calling groups, a User can only be in one of them.
If you select the wrong User, click the minus symbol at the end of the line to remove them from the group.
Hit ‘Save’ once you’ve finished.
You’ll then be redirected to the Group Calling Line ID main page where all your settings will be displayed, including all calling groups you’ve created. From here, as well as adding new calling groups, you can delete and manage your existing ones too.
When users make calls from their device, it will present the number option that you have set for this user, providing they are not using the number withhold feature.

For calls between Users within the Site, they will see the other User’s personal Calling Line ID information, even when a Group Calling Line ID exists.
UK Number and International Number Presentation are available add-ons and can only be added by a user with a Service Provider Administrator role. Equally there may be separate terms and conditions that you have to agree to.
