Flexible seating guest (User) - JolaPhone
How this Feature will help you
You can temporarily log in to a Flexible Seating Host Device to make and receive calls, while displaying your own number.
How to set up and use this feature
Click on the Flexible Seating Guest settings icon on the Features page.
Tick/untick the box to turn the Feature on/off.
Guest Device details
To be able to log out of a host Device in the future, you need to create a Guest Unlock Pin Code.
Click the ‘Manage’ button.
Manage Flexible Seating Guest
Select the Device’s model from the drop-down menu. The Device name is then automatically generated.
Type in your Guest Unlock Pin Code.
Hit ‘Save’ when you’ve finished.
How to set up and use this Feature – on an IP Phone
To log in and use a host Device, click the ‘GuestIn’ key.
Type your extension number into the ‘User ID’ field.
Type your Voice Portal pin into the ‘Password’ field.
Select ‘OK’.
To disconnect from a host Device, click the ‘GuestOut’ key.
Type your Guest Unlock Pin Code into the ‘Enter Pin’ field.
Select ‘OK’.

How to log in and out of a host Device using the Voice Portal
To connect to the Device dial your Voice Portal telephone number from the host Device.
Press the * key.
Enter your extension number, followed by your Voice Portal pin and press the hash key (#).
Select 7 to choose the Flexible Seating Options Menu, followed by 2 to log in.
To disconnect from the Device, dial your Voice Portal telephone number from the host Device.
Enter your Voice Portal pin, then press the hash key (#).
Select 7 to choose the Flexible Seating Options Menu, followed by 3 to log out.
