It contains all the Features available to you as part of your package.
The Features are split into categories relevant to what they do. By clicking the arrow in the top-right corner of each category will either reveal or hide the Features within it.
You can also choose how your Features are displayed, either in a grid format (the four squares button) or a list format (the three horizonal lines button).
To save time scrolling to find a Feature, you can type its name or category into the ‘search’ bar.
When you first open the Features page as an administrator, you will see a series of features available to Users in a panel named Administrator features. These can only be seen and configured by a user with an administrator role.
When you first open your Features page as a User, some of the popular ones will have already been put into your Favourites. In the future, once development is completed, you will be able to change these.
Your Favourite Features will appear in this section, as well as on your Dashboard.
To make your Features easier to find and understand, they have been put into a relevant category. These are all pretty self-explanatory, but one category is worth a quick mention – Platform Base Features. These are standardised and cannot be changed by you, although you’ll still find a description of what each one does, as well as a support article on how to use it.
To make changes to a Feature and find out how to use it, just click on the settings icon.
From here you can manage the Feature’s settings, read a short description about it, and link out to a support article should you need it.
If you are viewing the page as a Service Provider, Company or Site Administrator, then you will see 'Assigned' along with a checkbox within the box of each feature. Removing the tick from the box will prevent users with a specific role of 'User' from being able to see and configure this feature.
If you’re ever unsure how to set up or use a Feature, you can take a look at a support article about it. You can get to this by clicking the ‘Assist me’ button within the relevant Feature’s settings page.
