Robustel - Factory Reset Process

There are 2 methods for factory resetting Robustel Routers;

Method 1

Function	Operation
Reboot	Press and hold the RST button for 2~ 5 seconds under the operating status
Restore to default Configuration	Press and hold the RST button for 5~10 seconds, the RUN LED starts blinking quickly, the router will restore to default configuration.
Restore to factory default settings	Once the operation of restoring default configuration is performed twice within one minute, the router will restore to factory

Method 2

If the above steps do not work, we advise trying the below process

1. Power down the device

2. Hold the Reset PIN

3. Whilst still holding the Reset Pin, turn the device power back on

4. Within 30 seconds, the lights on the front of the router will flash once in unison indicating that the reset was successful.

Please note the device will not reboot following a successful reset, once the lights have flashed remove the reset pin.

You should then be able to login to the device with the default access details

Username – admin

Password - admin
