How to set up and use this Feature – on the Business Portal
Click on the Custom ringback user settings icon on the Features page.

To choose what your callers hear, click the ‘Manage audio’ button.

Manage Custom Ringback Audio
Select if you want the caller to hear the ‘Default’ audio or your own ‘Custom’ audio.

To make things easier, especially if you don’t have access to professional recording tools, you can download an Application called ‘Broadsoft Recorder’ from the App stores. It allows you to record a greeting, then email it as an attachment, ready to upload to the Business Portal.
Hit the ‘Save’ button when you’ve finished.

This feature sets the audio for a soecific user.
If you would like to set up for all users on a Sitre then you can do this by navigating to a Site dashboard and selecting Custom ringback group from their user settings.
