It gives you the option to personalise the audio all your callers will hear when making a call to any of your users of features, rather than the traditional ‘ring-ring’. This could be music, a company announcement or to remind them of a special promotion you’re running.
Click on the Custom Ringback Group settings icon on the Features page.
To choose what your callers hear, click the ‘Manage audio’ button.
Select if you want the caller to hear the ‘Default’ audio or your own ‘Custom’ audio.

To make things easier, especially if you don’t have access to professional recording tools, you can download an Application called ‘Broadsoft Recorder’ from the App stores. It allows you to record a greeting, then email it as an attachment, ready to upload to the Business Portal.
Hit the ‘Save’ button when you’ve finished.

If you would like to set up on a per User basis then you can do this by navigating to a User’s dashboard and selecting Custom ringback from their user settings. Equally if you want to do this for your Hunt Groups, you can do this by selecting features from within the Hunt Group.
