This is your address book where you can view, add or search personal Contacts.
You can choose how many Contacts are shown per page, and use the arrow keys to scroll back and forth through them.
Simply click the ‘Add Contact’ button. A pop-up window will appear where you can input your new Contact’s name and number. Once you’ve done this, just hit the ‘Save’ button.
Click the settings icon next to the Contact you want to change.
A pop-up window will appear where you can edit the Contact’s details. Once you’ve made the changes, click the ‘Save’ button.
To permanently remove a Contact, click the ‘Delete Contact’ button. You’ll be asked to confirm the request, if you’re sure, click ‘Yes’.
For Contacts to appear on your Device, your Administrator will need to enable the Phone Services Feature for the Site. Once this is done, you also need to enable this in your own Phone Services Feature and this will then allow the device or application to access these contacts via its own directory button.
