Company Contact Directory
The Company Contact Directory contains numbers associated with the platform.
Once logged into the Phone Management
Portal select Sites.
Use the search bar to bring up a list
of available sites then select the site you wish to configure the company
contact directory against.
After selecting the
site, click Features, use the Filter cell to search for Company Contacts and click
company contacts, click +Add
Give the directory a
relevant name and click the magnifying glass to find all available numbers to
add to the directory
Once you have clicked the Search button
the contacts will appear as per the below example. Select the contacts you wish
to be in the directory and then click Add, finally click Save.
Managing the Contact Directory
You can manage your contact directory via the phone management portal. Please see the attached guides on how to Edit and Delete contacts. Your handset will need updating once any changes have been made.
