To help gather this information we have created a simple survey for customers to complete and return (when complete, email Support@jola.co.uk and include the company name in the subject). This can be found at the bottom of this article.
As part of a Jola led activation, we will also need to change the application password of each user so we can register the application. This is the password used for features such as Office UC and Go Integrator.
Once we have received your request, an email will be sent from Jola with the following information;
The switch-over date and time will be the time slot we will change the application password and activate the Cisco Webex application to the user license.
As part of the registration for Cisco Webex, the supplied End User email address will receive an email with a ‘Join Now icon’, the end customer will need to follow this link to finish the registration.
Once you receive this email, the new password supplied by Jola is ready for use with Cisco Webex and other applications on the platform (Office UC/Go Integrator)
We strongly recommend customers change their password by following the guide – Application Password Reset Guide (please note, you will need to login to the Phone Management portal in order to change this)

In order to migrate customers to Cisco Webex, you will need an email address for each user on the platform. This is because the registration link is sent directly to the customer to finish setting up the account, please note the same email cannot be used for multiple users.
