About Cisco Webex
Cisco Webex is a softphone application that allows you to take your office work on the go, this application is available on PC and Mobile devices.
How to setup Cisco Webex
Once Signed into the phone management portal, select the Users tab
Once on the users tab, select the user you wish to setup Cisco Webex against by clicking the settings cog or the blue text of the Users name.
In the left menu, select the Applications tab
At the top of the page you will find your application username and the option to reset your application password. You will need both in order to setup Webex.
Under any of the Cisco Webex application options within this page, select Activate
A pop up will appear confirming what information is required to proceed, hit continue to open a new window.
Enter your application username and password, then hit submit.
Next enter your email address, please note this address needs to be unique and not used for any other Cisco Webex services. Please note if you have a Webex free account, this will need to be deleted in order to link with our platform.
A verification link is then sent to the email address
This email will look like the example below, click join now to complete the registration
This will then take you to an email validation screen, allow this to run.
Once complete your page will then show the Download Links for the application, these can also be found below

Once installed you can login with the following steps
Enter the email address used when the account was registered
Enter your Application Password
