It shows all your Call information and is where you can manage your Call Recordings and Voicemail if they are included with your package.
This tab lists all the Calls you’ve made (To), received (From) and missed, along with some key details such as date, time, duration, and Service Number (your phone number).
Here you’ll find all your Voicemails in one place, together with the option to play, pause and scrub (fast-forward or rewind).
New messages that you have not yet listened to will show next to the Messages title.
Clicking on the Configure voicemail button will take you directly to the voicemail features page.
If you click on the three dots next to a specific voicemail then you will be able to download it, view a transcript or delete it.
If you want to delete or download multiple voicemails at once then simply place a tick in the square box for all the ones you want to action, followed by the Download or Delete button that appears.

This is where you can view and manage all your Call Recordings, such as play, pause, scrub (fast-forward or rewind), download and send audio files via email.

If you have the Call Recording Feature as part of your package, this is where you can briefly pause an In Progress Call Recording. You might use this if you handle payments, so as not to record a customer’s financial details.

Please be aware that the calls table will update approximately every 15 minutes and you can see the last time it updated within the panel.
