To save you time, Call return allows you to quickly call the last person that rang you, whether you answered or not. It works a bit like Last number redial, but calls the last person to ring you instead.
Please note, Call return is only available by using the Feature Access Code and isn’t customisable from the Business Portal.

Unless your Administrator has changed the feature access codes, by dialling *69 from your Device or supported Application it will call back the last person that rang you.
If the incoming caller’s ID is blocked or the number is unknown, you’ll hear an error announcement when using Call Return.
