How to setup Call Pickup Groups

Once signed into the portal Select Sites and use the search icon to bring up a list of available Sites. Then Select the Site you wish to configure the feature.

Next Select Configure next to the Call Pickup Groups Feature

How to use Call Pickup Groups

To intercept a call using Call Pickup Groups, Dial *98+(the Extension Number of the handset) or press the Pickup button on the handset (Polycom’s only) and dial the Extension Number.
