To avoid missing important calls, Call forwarding allows you to create rules that will forward incoming calls to another destination if one or more of your rules is matched. For example, if you’re busy on another call or away from your primary Device.
Normal call handling applies if none of your rules are matched.
Click on the Call forwarding settings icon on the Features page.
To enable/disable, simply tick/untick the box. If you enable it, ‘Forward all calls’ overrides all other call forwarding options below.
If you turn it ‘on’, type in the phone number you want all calls forwarded to.
If you’d like a reminder on your primary Device that the Feature is enabled when a call is attempted, simply tick the ‘Play ring reminder’ box. Hit ‘Save’ when you’re finished.
To enable/disable, simply tick/untick the box. If you want to enable it, please make sure the Call waiting feature is turned off. If you turn it ‘on’, type in the phone number you want calls forwarded to when your line is busy and hit ‘Save’ when you’re finished.

If you turn it ‘on’, first select the time period after which the call will be forwarded, then type in the forwarding phone number and hit ‘Save’ when you’re finished.

If you turn it ‘on’, type in the phone number you want calls forwarded to when the service is down (connectivity to the platform is lost). Hit ‘Save’ when you’re finished.

When setting these features you need to test them to ensure no other feature has overridden any of these functions.
