Here you can set and reset your Application password, and view, launch and download any Applications that are available to you as part of your service package.
For ease of use, you’ll find your Applications are split into three sections:
If you don't have any apps in these categories then these category panels will not display.
Your Applications username will be shown on this page. You’ll need this, together with your Applications password, whenever you use an Application. Please note – these login details, although similar, are different to your Business Portal ones, so be careful not to get them muddled up.
You can set your Applications password via the pop-up Tour when you first log into the portal for the very first time or when you come to this page. You can also reset your Applications password should you need to. Just click on the ‘Change password’ link and follow the on-screen prompts.
To use these Applications you first have to download and install them from the Application store used by your Device – either the Apple App Store for an operating system (OS) using Apple iOS or Google Play for devices using an Android OS.
Once installed, find the Application on your Device and enter your application username and password.
This type of Application needs to be downloaded from here and installed onto your computer before you can use it, just click the relevant ‘Download’ button depending if you have a PC or Mac.
Once installed, find the Application on your computer and enter your application username and password.
These Applications do not need to be installed on your computer or mobile Device. Simply click on the ‘Launch’ button and it will open up a new tab in your web browser, then enter your username and password. Once you have launched the application you can save the web address in your favourites to make access quicker in the future.
If you need help with an Application or guidance on specific installation requirements, click the ‘Assist me’ link next to each Application to open a support article in a new tab.
