Adult Content Bar Removal
Once Logged into your Mobile Manager Portal, select Customers
In the Customers section, select Details against the customer which the SIM that you would like to remove the Adult Content bar is under
Once in the Details page, select SIMs, then the drop-down list to the right of the Details button relevant to the SIM
This will then bring down a drop-down list. Select Remove Adult Bar
This will then take you to a confirmation page, confirm it.
Allow for the full timeframe to take place, as confirmed in the confirmation page.
Please note that the customer will get notified once it has been removed by text.
